We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

What information we collect

When you register for The New Life Course, we collect:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your preferred venue

Why we collect it and our legal basis

We collect this information solely to:

  • Confirm your registration for The New Life Course
  • Send you joining details, venue information and session reminders
  • Keep you informed of any changes to the programme

Our legal basis for processing your data is consent — by submitting the registration form, you are actively requesting to take part in the course and to receive related communications.

How long we keep your data

We will hold your information for the duration of The New Life Course (May–July 2026) and for up to 12 months afterwards. After this period your data will be securely deleted unless you have consented to remain on our mailing list.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. However, we use the following trusted service providers to operate this website and manage communications:

  • MailerLite (mailerlite.com) — our email marketing platform, used to send registration confirmations and course communications. MailerLite is GDPR compliant and processes data in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Google reCAPTCHA — used to protect our registration form from automated spam. Google may process certain device and behavioural data as part of this service. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com.
